The room we were assigned looked very different from the booking photos, both in its furnishings and condition. We’d booked two nights and were disappointed as soon as we arrived. The receptionist spoke very little English, so even basic communication was difficult, and at first she couldn’t find our reservation. The bed linen was visibly dirty. After we raised the issue, we were shown another room, but that bed also seemed unhygienic, with stains and clearly visible flakes of skin on the dark bedding. The language barrier made it impossible to have a constructive conversation, so we asked for a free cancellation, which seemed justified given the conditions. We got no response to that request or to Booking.com’s follow-up. It showed a serious lack of basic hygiene, service and customer communication.

It’s quiet, and the beach and everything else we’ve visited so far in Sweden have been marvelous. The place itself is nothing special, and if you want more comfort, you could probably find it nearby. It’s okay for one or two nights. We had a family room in a small bungalow, basically two small connected rooms, with a shared toilet and WC. Check-in was quick and simple, and the receptionist showed us around.

At least five staff members passed our table, but nobody bothered to clear the mess left by the previous customers. Service? What service. The only half-decent person there was a country music singer. Recommendation for this place 😂😂😂

Breakfast was very good, with the option to sit indoors or outside. The owners were excellent and really helpful. We could hear some road and restaurant noise from the main building, though it quieted down early, around 10 pm.
