The guided tours really draw you in, and the owner Elna knows a lot about the subject. She talks about the farm's history and the surrounding area, including where gold was found in a bog.

We spent a lovely week here in autumn and felt lucky to have such friendly, wonderful hosts. The farm has a museum covering its history from the Viking era onward, and there's also a farm brewery making a delicious amber ale.

A lovely little souvenir shop, and the owners are very friendly. It's a great place to learn about Sweden's plants and wildlife.
