The service was awful, and the lock never worked. The staff came across as arrogant and rude. You really do get what you pay for here. For me, this is the worst hotel in Dalarna.

The self check-in worked well for me, though you need phone service a few hours before arrival so you can get the instructions. I also appreciated the basic free breakfast, with bread, toppings, boiled eggs, and yogurt, and the lounge kitchen was useful for putting together a meal or two, with a microwave, fridge, stove, and sink. Being right above Kupolen shopping center and close to the train station was a real plus. The rooms were tidy and usable, even if they looked a bit dingy. New sheets and shower curtains would make them feel ten times classier.

For a low-cost hotel, the breakfast is good. There’s also a little kitchen with a microwave, so you can pick up food at ICA or Lild nearby and heat it there.
