The spa was a lovely part of our winter stay, with a heated pool, dry and steam saunas, and outdoor geothermal pools. The place felt calm and cozy, the staff were nice, and dinner was good with quiet music in the background. We also liked the park view and the building's blend of vintage furnishings, wallpaper, and paintings with more modern decor. The heating worked well. Our package covered dinner, spa access, an overnight stay, and breakfast the next morning. Dinner service was the one real snag. We waited an hour and a half for our main course while the other diners around us had already eaten, so I eventually had to find a waiter and ask about our food. Another waiter apologized and offered dessert on the house, which was a kind gesture. By then, though, we'd already spent two hours on the meal and were too tired to wait for dessert. We still had a very nice stay and hope to come back.
