Samuelsdals Pensionat

The breakfast was a highlight, especially the waffles. I’d never had freshly made ones before, only the shop-bought kind, and these homemade waffles were amazing. There was plenty of food and drink to choose from. The house felt cosy and welcoming, with very clean, comfortable rooms. We stayed upstairs, and the shared lounge and tea and coffee area made it easy to spend time with other guests. We had a wonderful trip and wished we could have stayed longer. I’ll definitely visit again.

Such a cosy sitting room, and you can help yourself to tea and coffee all day. They even had a free homemade meal in the freezer, which was a lovely touch. The staff are warm and welcoming, the room was comfortable, and breakfast was good. It’s a tiny place with just six rooms, in an old, typical Swedish house, and the view is breathtaking.

We lit the fireplace and had some food in the lounge just outside our room. Lovely spot. The room and bed were great too, and the stay was just as delightful and relaxing as last time.

A place you really should visit. The hotel has a long history, and the rooms are spacious, stylish, and full of positive energy. The beds were comfortable too. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
