We were upgraded to the Penthouse suite, complete with a small kitchen and sauna, which was a definite bonus. The rooms were top class, breakfast was super, and the staff made us feel at home. It's a great location for Scandinavium or Ullevi, and Avenyn is only a short walk away. On our next trip, this will be the first place I look for accommodation.

Sarah made me feel really looked after. She was kind, very friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I was also surprised by the interior: this small, rather unassuming hotel is beautifully furnished, charming, and welcoming. Its location is fantastic, right across from the arena with quick access to the city centre. During the pre-Christmas season, there's even a direct connection to nearby theme park Liseberg, which was a great bonus. Five stars from me!

Getting around was easy, with good public transport links to both the city and airport, and the city centre just a few minutes' walk away. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby too. The place felt very welcoming, with cozy, clean rooms and lovely decor. Breakfast was delicious, and homemade cakes and cookies were available to guests all day.

The receptionists were amazing and went above and beyond. The rooms are somewhat small, and I found it a little pricey, though Sweden is expensive in general. The elevator is tiny, so be ready to take the stairs.

The rooms are nicely decorated and the bed is super comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, and they had gluten-free bread. It was a very cozy, nice hotel with great service and friendly staff. It did get really hot, and there was no air conditioning, only a little fan. Aside from that, I'd definitely stay here again.
