The stay was good and the staff were polite, and I'd recommend the fantastic breakfast. The spa wasn't hot, and neither was the sauna. It has two heaters, but one was hot while the other was nearly cold, which might mean it was broken.

The location is great, the beds are good, and the rooms are quiet. We felt really welcome, and the private parking is locked and secure. Breakfast was generous. The only downside for me was the pillows.

The front desk staff were kind and helpful, and the room had a hot shower, though it still left the bathroom flooded no matter what I tried. The room itself was small and hot, and the air didn't work well. We couldn't open the window either, and the beds weren't comfortable. Our family room had two single beds plus two beds that fold down from the wall. The train station is right next door, and downtown is about a 15 minute walk, with lots of streets to cross along the way. Keep an eye out for scooters, bikes, pedestrians, cars, and trams. You get what you pay for here.

The breakfast buffet is a real highlight, especially if you're used to the poor hotel breakfasts in the US. The food is high quality, and the fresh bread alone almost makes the stay worthwhile. I was looking forward to it on my second visit. It can get crowded depending on the day, so I'd go early. I've stayed here twice with my wife. The rooms are small but generally efficient, with reasonably comfortable beds. Many have bunk beds that fold out from the wall, which is especially handy for families. The location is ideal, close to the Central Train Station and trams, so you can get practically anywhere. There's a COOP grocery store across the street and several restaurants a short distance away. I have two complaints. Some bathrooms have tubs without shower curtains, so a shower can soak the whole bathroom, including the toilet paper. I wish they'd update that. Noise is another issue, especially on weekends or after football matches, when loud, drunk patrons shout in the hallways and disturb people trying to sleep. Rooms facing north or west also hear the trams go by.
