A quiet spot in nature, with free parking right in front of the cottage. The cottage is cozy and has its own bathroom, kitchenette, and terrace. Check-in is self-service after you book. There are lots of cultural sights and natural spots to explore nearby.

These small-scale tourist lodgings are in homes furnished with a nostalgic feel. Each has a living room and sleeping area, with separate beds. The kitchen has a dining table, while the shower has a thermostatic tap and a good spray. The frying pans really need replacing: their non-stick coating is badly damaged, and PFAS is suspected.

The area has some fascinating remains from when the ironworks were operating. The apartment itself is spacious and romantic, furnished in a Biedermeier style from the 1970s. It feels a bit dated and worn, but it’s certainly unique.

The furniture feels antediluvian, and the rooms in these economy summer houses are very small. The kitchen only suits two people, so cooking and eating together is extremely inconvenient. There’s a toilet in the room, but the shower is shared between several cubicles. The tap water was muddy, which seemed unusual for Sweden.
