I walked in and slipped on a thick white liquid on the floor. That’s unacceptable. Get your act together!

The bathroom was moldy and the food was too. The entrance was cluttered with trash, and a strong smell hit me as soon as I entered the house. Breakfast was meant to be included, but all there was was dry bread. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We booked two double rooms with breakfast for July 20-24, 2024, and what we found was nothing like the lovely photos. The rooms were somewhat tidy, but the property around them was chaos. The yard, driveway and whole place were strewn with trash, old shower trays, broken motorcycles and junk cars. It looked like a dump. Inside, the kitchen was disgusting, with dirty dishes all over the sink and table. The fridge and cupboards were packed with expired food that was supposed to be our breakfast for four days. There was broken technical junk everywhere, including TVs, DVD players and three coffee makers. The bathrooms were filthy and unusable. When we politely told the landlord we’d expected something different, he said he “couldn’t understand” us and offered only half the money back as a “goodwill gesture.” In those conditions, no normal person could stay there. To me, this was definitely a scam. Check24’s customer service was awful and let us down. They blamed Expedia and said they couldn’t do anything, but Expedia didn’t even have our booking number. It was a typical back-and-forth at the customer’s expense. The photos were fake or outdated, the conditions were hazardous, and we felt ripped off by both the landlord and the booking portal. Stockholm travelers, never book here. This place doesn’t deserve even one star. It was pure profiteering at the expense of unsuspecting tourists. Warning to everyone!
