After the host replied The host only got back to us after we posted a bad review. We’d spent the whole afternoon trying to reach him and sort things out ourselves, but he seemed to notice only once we’d shared an honest account. He says we booked the wrong apartment, but that isn’t true. The listing mentioned a sauna in three different places. He’s not honest, and luckily we found another nice cabin that included sheets and cleaning. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. This was the worst accommodation. They call it a 5 star cabin, then after booking say sheets and towels cost 25 euro per person, plus a 100 euro cleaning fee. The listing said there was a sauna, but on the day we arrived we were told it was only for other guests. Then the owner stopped responding. Don’t book here.

Misleading listing, changes at the last minute, and a full day with no reply about the refund. The service was very poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place or host.

Lovely lake and cozy houses for rent, about 20 min from Stockholm by car! :)

We decided not to go because the listing said a sauna was included. When the host told us there apparently wasn’t one in our accommodation, he “offered” to let us share the sauna with guests in the neighboring house. There were three of us, we didn’t know those guests, and we weren’t comfortable with that. Instead of accepting our cancellation, he demanded payment for every night. His behavior was incredibly unempathetic and unaccommodating, and communication overall was deplorable. Wouldn’t recommend.
