The bedsheets had holes in them, the beds were dirty and uncleaned, and there was a patch of black mold half a metre wide in the corner of the room. Terrible. The manager moved us to another room, but its sheets also had holes, and one of the two beds was broken in half. The hotel’s terms say guests have to pay for any damage found when they leave, on the assumption that it’s their fault. We wrote to the manager saying we refused to stay at all. Two days later, he refunded the full amount to our account.

Everything was clean, and it was quiet when we stayed because only one other room was occupied. The free earplugs for the night seem necessary, though. We even got a Covid Breakfast Bag, which was really nice. Good value for the money, and I’d come again.

The breakfast was really bad: bread with cheese and margarine between the slices. It was supposed to have a cold cut as well, but didn't. Coffee, tea, and juice were available. The place felt a bit bleak, with shower and toilet facilities in the hallway, and the lobby TV only showed local channels. There were no drinking glasses or fridge in the rooms.

The host was very accommodating to our needs, and the beds were comfortable. It’s great value for money. This was my second stay at Sleep and Go Hotel, and we’ll definitely come back.

The beds were very soft, so this might not suit you if you have back problems. It’s very basic accommodation, as the name suggests, but the rooms were clean, as were the shared toilets and bathrooms.
