The lost-and-found handling was a huge disappointment. After I changed rooms, I left behind a medical device. I reported it right away and checked with the hotel repeatedly over the next four days while I was still staying there. Each time, they said it hadn’t been found, so I had to buy a replacement for €350. Two weeks after I checked out, they told me they’d located it. It must have been there all along, but apparently wasn’t properly searched for. The hotel wouldn’t accept responsibility or cover the cost. They sent the device without tracking, and it never arrived. Things went wrong at every step.

I only stopped in the restaurant for a few hours while waiting for my train, rather than staying overnight. The hotel’s interior has a real classic feel, and the staff were friendly. I had the traditional Swedish Räkmacka, shrimp on toast or dark bread with mayonnaise. The sandwich was nice, and I enjoyed spending time here with my family.

Mathilda, the Restaurant Chef, and her team planned everything so well. During our three-day family holiday, we also celebrated our wedding at the hotel, and the service was first class. The food and drinks were delicious. The sommelier, who speaks German well, hosted us that evening and made us feel so welcome and well looked after. We’re delighted. You made the day perfect, and it couldn’t have been better. Thank you! Ten stars from us 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The rooms were clean and cozy, the staff very nice, and the place itself is beautiful. I’d definitely recommend it 👍👍👍

A delicious breakfast and a wonderful place to stay, just down the street from the train station. If your train plans get unexpectedly disrupted, I’d definitely stay here.
