Ekologiska Fru Gran i Tiveden

The organic breakfast and very clean, quiet accommodation were highlights. We booked a room for three, and there’s a shared kitchen with the guests in the other room. Beautiful nature is nearby, and the hosts were friendly and very welcoming. We’d definitely book again.

Our room was clean, the staff were very nice, and breakfast was really good, with homemade jam, pancakes, bread, and more. The kids could pet the hens, bunnies, horses, donkies, and sheep, and horseback rides are available too. This is a lovely B&B in the forest near Tiveden National Park. The park nearby has beautiful nature and animals. The photo I added was taken about 500m south of the property in the Högsåsen area. They have EV charging shared with their own EV, and we were able to charge for free.

The breakfast was a real standout for me as someone with a gluten allergy, especially the freshly baked bread and muffins. We spent two nights at Fru Grans B&B with good friends. The layout worked well, with two large rooms, each with its own toilet and shower, plus a shared area and a well-functioning kitchen for cooking after long days out in Tiveden's nature. We were welcomed very warmly, and the rooms were clean and fresh.

The children got to ride horses and look after the farm animals, and we'd love to come back. We spent three wonderful days in the beautiful Högsåsens nature reserve, staying in its well-preserved red 19th century house. Flower meadows and quiet surround it, and there's a nice swimming lake nearby. The owners were very kind, and breakfast was superb, including gluten-free options.
