The service is a 10 out of 6, and there's a sauna too! Best morning coffee I've had in a while. The rooms are a little outdated, but they're nice and clean. Just watch out, the shower floor gets super slippery when it's wet. I'd recommend the place and stay again if I were passing through. Thank you!

The bed was comfortable and the location was great. Breakfast was amazing, and seemed to be where all the money went. The kitchen team deserves credit for keeping the rating up. That's why we gave it three stars instead of fewer. But the room was unbelievably hot. We've stayed at hotels in plenty of hot places, and this one takes the prize. We booked that morning and nobody mentioned the apparent ventilation problems. If we'd known, there's no way we'd have paid 1690sek for a room that felt like opening an oven right in your face. One window barely opened, and the one that did let in noise from local youth groups driving A tractors. There were no insect nets either, so we had mosquitoes to contend with. Around 20:00 we gave up and asked for a fan, but were told they'd already handed them all out. So we had a drink instead, one beer and one cocktail. The bar staff warned us there was a backlog. The beer came first, but the cocktail took 30 minutes. The restaurant was busy, though half an hour for a spritz is a bit ridiculous. In the heat, the carpet also smelled like everything that had ever happened on it, probably including smoking back in the 80s. If odd smells bother you, hold your breath on the way to your room. The rooms are dated but would be perfectly fine if they weren't so hot. We wouldn't have had a problem in winter. It's just annoying to pay a premium and hear nothing about these issues when booking or checking in, with no solution available. We know there's only about two weeks of hot weather a year, and we live farther north in Norbotten, but they should at least have enough fans for the ventilation problem. We raised all this at checkout and were simply told they know about the ventilation issue.

The rooms hadn't been cleaned when we checked in. At 2 am, rowdy clubbers were in the corridors trying to open guests' doors.

We loved our stay in the Business Class Room, which had its own sauna. It's very wallet-friendly, and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of variety, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We'd love to stay again. 10/10.
