The neighborhood is nice for a walk. I only visited once and didn't see the whole place, but one thing I liked was the long walk down from a few piers into the clean water. The sand was nice, fine, and even firm, which suited me since I don't like stepping into water when I can't tell what's there.

A fine camping spot, sure. They have penalties and prohibitions: you can be fined for not cleaning up, or for booking by email the day before. The cottages are old, dirty, and in terrible condition. Even the restaurant toilet costs extra, and the internet doesn't work. At check-in they hand you a document to sign about the penalties, along with a floor-cleaning tablet and a small cloth. Is this a campsite or a prison? It's also the most expensive campsite in Sweden. I really don't recommend it.

The stuga badly needs renovation inside and out. The furniture is very old, the paint needs refreshing, and the bunk bed mattress was so poor I could feel the rib bottom. At check-in, you're made to sign a "contract" saying you won't damage the stuga and will clean it properly. Being forced to sign that didn't make me feel welcome. The campsite is split by a road, with the stugas on one side and reception, caravans, and tents on the other. I was glad when it was time to go home.

A cool, peaceful campground with plenty of pitches and access to the beach. We had a really nice stay.
