Stay Apartment Hotel

The small villa was clean, and the hotel staff were very helpful whenever I had questions. It's nicely placed near the city centre and has a pleasant grass garden, though the house itself is just ok and not especially luxurious. I had trouble opening the gate, and the shower only gave warm water for about five minutes, just enough for a shower. I stayed there because no hotel rooms were available.

For a work trip booked through a travel agent, the room was comfortable and very spacious, with a stocked pantry containing bread, juice, and ingredients for a basic breakfast. The bed and linen were comfy, and the bathroom was a good size. Check-in is at 14:00 and checkout at 11:00. I was met by a locked door and a phone number, but a very friendly person gave me the code for the main entrance and my room number. The room, number 408, was left unlocked with a key on the table. The walls were thin, so slamming doors carried through the building, but it was fully acceptable for a business trip. Restaurants, transport, and shops are very close. I just wish I'd received the code and room number before waiting outside. That may depend on how you book. I'll stay here again.

The prices are very low, and the staff are friendly, but the Stay hotel doesn't work well for an international traveler. It feels more like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast than a hotel. The WiFi is extremely unreliable, which makes it hard to work. Since it's in a pedestrian zone, you have to park in a garage on another street. The receipt also looks unlike a normal hotel receipt and has caused problems with business reimbursements. Rooms are cleaned only once a week.

It's right in the center of town, and several important tourist spots are within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and responded well by phone. The place was really nice and clean, and I had an excellent stay.
