It felt a bit cold, and the window wouldn't open. The rooms are basic, short on space, and missing some essentials, like coffee or tea. The kitchen isn't set up for cooking, so it feels rather expensive for what you get.

We were visiting the ice hotel, and this was a good-value place to stay. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and check-in and checkout were extremely easy. There's parking nearby, and food and shops close to the property. The ice hotel itself was a bit far away. I really don't have any complaints.

When I returned to check in on Aug 30, the self check-in failed: the key box wouldn't open even though I entered the correct code. I paid for international calls to customer service, but their attempts to call me back showed as missed, so I had to phone them again at my own expense. After more than 20 minutes, a cleaner came and had to punch the box hard to open it. Completely unprofessional. This came after they overbooked my original Aug 27 reservation and moved me to another property. I accepted because they offered luggage storage as compensation. Inside, the main ceiling light had no bulb and one bedside lamp was broken, so clearly the room hadn't been properly inspected. Then I found out the booking had been removed from Agoda, which meant I couldn't leave a review there. Extremely irresponsible. I wouldn't recommend this property.

We lost our keys in a national park and called the rental company of Kiruna City Studios. Within 45 minutes, they sent someone with a replacement key, without asking any further questions. We were there in December 2025, and our rooms were very clean and cozy. You could open the window, despite what some reviews say, and the apartment had enough equipment for everyday cooking. Those reviews seem wrong or very old.
