They missed my food order, but sorted it out quickly.

The welcome from the girls at reception was very nice, and our parking spot overlooking the water was quite okay, even with the grass worn down after summer. I couldn’t really understand why we had to pay extra to use the shower after already paying 495 SEK for one night. I hadn’t come across that before, and it left me feeling a bit that way. We’re now at a cozy little marina for 220 SEK a night, with a nice view and everything included, even the chance to borrow a washing machine. Time for my shower now. 🤟☺️

The sunset over the water was the only good thing for us, and we won’t be back. We were given a spot without electricity on wildly uneven ground, with people constantly running right past where we were sitting, so we had to hold onto our food. The beach was beyond criticism: Canada goose poop everywhere, a muddy bottom you sank into, and an old cloth mat at the bottom that they seemed to have put there to improve things. My tip is to swim somewhere else. Then there were two hours of lawn mowing right next to our spot, from 09.00-11.00, so we might as well have packed up and left. On the plus side, the place is nicely situated by the water, with the sunset framing it all. The service building had fresh toilets and showers, and the reception staff were nice.

The service house was well kept, and there were always free toilets and washing areas while we were there, both indoors and out. The staff at reception and the cleaning team were very nice. We stayed one night in the smallest cabin, with two bunk beds and no shower or toilet. The beds creaked a lot when anyone got up, and at least that night it was a bit lively by the road so close to the cabins. The water and swimming area are very close, with fun activities nearby. We’re very happy with our night here.
