My room was super cozy, and the staff were very friendly. It faced the sun all day and got really warm, and the AC didn't seem to help much. Breakfast and dinner were great, and the location was good.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Dinner was included, which I hadn't expected, and breakfast was amazing.

10/10
I was surprised that the stay included dinner and afternoon tea or coffee with cake. The food was great, both at breakfast and dinner. The staff were really friendly, and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere with easy-to-find cozy places to relax, indoors or outside.

10/10
Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the hotel itself was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds. I had to book a double room with two beds joined together because of availability, and the mattress kept sliding to one side, but that was a minor annoyance. The TV wasn't smart and had only a limited number of channels. The location was good, about a 15-minute walk from the city center. Many thanks to the staff!

At about $130 a night for the room, this was excellent value. The rate included afternoon tea, a buffet breakfast with lots of choices, and dinner, with one main course and a couple of side options. The dining area was cozy and nicely done, and my room was nice and quiet. There was also an excellent fitness room. The hotel is across from the park with the main cathedral and close to the main shopping area.
