Hotellbyns Lägenheter – Lofsdalen

The view from our room over the mountain was amazing, and the slopes are within walking distance. There’s good food at the restaurant, and both the staff and guests give the place a great vibe. I’d definitely come back, and highly recommend this hotel for families or groups of friends.

I only booked three nights reluctantly because I was coming for the race, but it turned out to be a great call. The hotel and cross-country skiing alone make the trip worthwhile. It’s not fully renovated, though the beds, bathrooms, and sauna are all five-star quality. The breakfast was incredible, with homemade bread and rolls, cheeses, and eggs made to order. The restaurant is great too, and the pizza bar served the best pizza I’ve had north of Frankfurt. The location is killer for getting to the slopes and ski tracks.

A little mountain gem! The food was amazing, and there was a great drinks selection, including natural wines and craft beers. The staff were so kind and attentive. Thanks for such an amazing start to the year!

I’ve gone to Lofsdalen with a church group for 13 years in a row, and it’s always been amazing. The rooms are a bit old, but they still hold up fantastically. With the new owners and new people there, the service, food, and general vibe have gone from amazing to absolutely mind-numbingly fantastic.
