The duvets were probably the most comfortable I’ve ever had, and the breakfast was good, though some things were missing, like pancakes, sausages, flavored yogurt, and herring. Our cozy room had a terrace at both the front and back. We’d booked an extra bed, but it was so hard that I may as well have slept on the floor. It was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in.

The free bike loan and the lounge with games and a shared area were nice extras. It’s a cozy, unusual hotel, and the room was 10/10, but breakfast was just okay. The staff were pleasant, though I had mixed feelings about the service since they weren’t very service-minded. The restaurant closed early and there wasn’t much to do in the evenings. I can imagine this being a 10/10 spot for golfers.

The rooms are large, with a private entrance and outdoor seating right outside. You can also cook your own food and so on in the lounge house.

A good place for one night while traveling, with decent parking and nice private terraces in the new section. There’s a refrigerator. Food is limited to “golf food” outside golf hours, so you have to drive to restaurants.

The rooms are a fun, cozy place to unwind, with terraces where you can enjoy the surroundings. They’re an okay size, well maintained, and reasonably priced. Golf is available during the day, of course. The decor is packed with old golf memorabilia, much of it from Scotland. Don’t miss Brygghuset down in the village for world-class food and Whiskey :) Check-in through the key safe was easy.
