The apartment felt cozy, and the host was great. It’s also right by the Nordics’ most beautiful freshwater riviera, which made the location hard to beat!

I had a really good night’s sleep here, thanks in part to how incredibly quiet the neighborhood is. The owner is energetic and lovely to talk with, and will happily chat about just about anything or keep you company. It’s not the place to choose if you want a high-end room or luxury. But if you’re after a homely feel and a bit of peace and quiet, it’s a great fit. I only stayed one night, but I’d happily come back.

Janne made us feel so welcome, and the house is tucked away in a peaceful area near lovely Varamon beach. We came across the place by chance and were glad we did. We’d gladly return.
