Breakfast was a highlight, especially the Swedish fish and pancakes. Our traffic delays in Norway meant we arrived late, but the staff were flexible and looked after us well. The rooms were tidy, though the bathroom could use a little more attention. A great place to stop if you're nearby.

We slept comfortably and enjoyed the breakfast, and the place itself is cute and handy for the E6 and coast. The one snag was that the only road in flooded overnight, leaving us stuck for a few hours until the water went down. An early flight would have made that a real disaster. Otherwise, it was a relaxing stay and I'd recommend it.

There were no curtains in the room, so we were given a black plastic bag. The shared toilet serves the whole corridor, and in the social area you can see that there's also a cat litter box. The kitchen had very little cutlery and only small plates. Outside was untidy, with some rubbish, and the place sits between two busy roads. I wouldn't recommend it.

The owner was so welcoming and accommodating, and the service was really good. Tucked-away little paradise, and the cute cats were a lovely extra. I'd happily live here, 5/5.
