The staff were really accommodating, and after a small incident in the room they made a kind gesture. The hotel has an amazing view, and breakfast in the old-style house felt very cosy, in the best way. We even got snow on New Year's Day. I'd recommend this place 100%.

We loved the restaurant food, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. We could eat outside on the terrace and enjoy the view of the sea canal, which was a highlight. Service was good too. Parking was good but limited, so you need to book. We chose a pricier panoramic sea-view room with a terrace, and it was worth every penny. It felt like finding a second home, and we're eager to come back.

The ferry into the city was handy, and the staff were helpful. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom floors were heated, and breakfast was amazing and free. There's also a sauna and a 24-hour gym with fancy equipment. This place rules.

Breakfast was generous, and all the services were great. I loved the setting between the sea and the forest, along with the beautiful buildings and rooms. It was honestly one of the best hotels I've ever visited, and the price was more than reasonable. Thank you so much! Chloé

They had a strange problem printing receipts for charged services, and the promises to send them afterward were never kept. If you need receipts, I'd avoid the on-site extras. I won't stay here again.
