We stayed in the guard room and found it spacious and really nice. The breakfast was good, too. The only downside was that we couldn’t find an open restaurant in the village. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend this fresh-feeling hotel.

There’s a little bit of history to the stay, since it’s a former prison, but everything inside is clean, simple, and nicely furnished. We had the whole place to ourselves and really enjoyed that, so thanks to Team Mike/Mini-Hotel. A lake is about a five-minute walk behind the house, with a general store and pizzeria next door and a gas station nearby. We’ll definitely come back. Greetings from Meik and Jensi /Germany
