The setting is quiet and pleasant, and the cottages are clean and nice, with a well-equipped shared kitchen. Toilets and showers are separate and clean, too. It isn’t high-end, but it has the basic things you need. Bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, and towels, or ask for them for an extra charge.

A beautiful, peaceful place to use as a base for exploring Glasriket. It’s very simple, and the price is just as high as anything else in Sweden.

The place has a lot of character and is a good spot for kids. It’s a little worn, but still tidy and works well.

The cabin was bright and fresh, with three beds plus a sofa and coffee table. Ours was near the kitchen, toilets, and showers. You can borrow the sauna for free and make the fire yourself; there’s also a free boat to borrow, and fishing is allowed in the pond. There’s a path around the small pond, too. It’s a pleasant place close to nature, and Orrefors has a small shop with most things you need. On my first visit, the host was friendly and chatty, and told us about the area, including the history of its old gadgets. I’ll stay here again. Thanks for this time!
