Right in the center of Oskarshamn, with a supermarket across the street and lots of shops and restaurants about a five-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with a walk-in shower and a small table that works for a laptop. The beds can be separated into twins, and there's both a comfortable chair and a desk chair, so two people have somewhere to sit. The internet is very fast if you need to stay connected.

The receptionist seemed surprised that we'd booked four rooms for eight people. Then she immediately took offense when we got our phone out, apparently thinking we were filming her. Very bizarre. The rooms and facilities are really nice, though.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, and the staff were kind. We could walk to the Gotland ferry in about 20 minutes, and the bus stops right by the door. The beds were okay, but you have to pay extra for linen. Nothing special overall, and the building might be an old industrial building converted into a hotel.

We were waiting for the ferry to Gotland and stayed just one night. The room was large and nice, with a big patio, and breakfast was fine.
