The area around the hotel is lovely, and the hotel itself was fine. We had an issue with our room, but they sorted it out well. There was enough storage, including space for skis, and they were able to put together a breakfast bag for our early start.

We waited 4.5 hours for a room we’d booked weeks earlier. Once it was finally ready, nobody told us, and a bus group of 50 got ahead of us at reception. The service was the worst ever. This place doesn’t deserve to be called a Best Western Hotel 😡

The rooms felt fresh, even though the place itself is a little worn. The bathroom had a very 70s feel, and the towels were thin and stiff, maybe from that same decade 😉. The seasonal staff were very young, and I got the impression they could use a more experienced person keeping an eye on things. The waffle iron was filthy, for instance. Cleaning it properly every day would take care of that. The coffee was mostly bland, though maybe you get what you pay for 😇 You can handle nearly everything digitally, from booking and checking in to getting your key, buying a lift pass, ordering and paying for food and alcohol, and checking out. I did laugh at how often the app came up 😂.
