The host was friendly, and being able to charge my phone after three days without power was a relief. The place has trees outside both sides, with a road on one side. But the kitchen could use better supplies, the showers weren't clean, and the old beds felt unstable and not very comfortable. Wi-Fi barely reached the room, so I had to use the common area to check Twitter. After three days in the mountains without electricity or running water, I was ready to appreciate those basics, but that's about all I can say.

A lovely place to stay, and handy for getting to both Trysil in Norway and Sälen in Sweden.
