They made a thoughtful breakfast for us after we mentioned our dietary restrictions. At other hotels we usually get hard tomatoes and bread, but here they went out of their way to find interesting, delicious options that worked for us. We spent one night here with our small baby, and everything was really nice, including the large rooms. It’s family-owned, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into making the stay special. We couldn’t recommend the place enough!

The service was friendly and professional, and there was plenty of free parking. My room was big, the mattress was good, and the whole place felt calm and cosy. I loved staying here and can definitely recommend it.

Being surrounded by nature made this a lovely place to stay. It was clean and quiet, and having access to a kitchen was really handy for making tea, having milk, or fixing something to eat. Breakfast was available too.

The sauna and meeting rooms were fantastic, and breakfast was great. It was also very affordable and easy to get to the tracks. I’d happily return if I’m passing this way again.

The grill stuga on the property was a real highlight, and it’s fantastically equipped. There’s also plenty of space around the hotel for pets, especially dogs, to explore. The hosts were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and Skommarsgården was very clean and well kept. I absolutely recommend it and will stay again.
