I booked a room online and traveled 1000 km, only to be told at check-in, after giving them my booking number, that they had no booking for me and no rooms available. It was minus million outside. It felt like they’d given the room to someone else for more money, in 2023 in Sweden! The manager said they could send me to another hotel 300 meters away, but at double the cost. Then she said she’d speak to the manager there, who is her father, and get me the same price I had for Victoria hotel. This is a terrible way to handle a booking. NEVER BOOK IN THIS HOTEL.

The view was nice, the room was clean, and breakfast was delicious. Would recommend!

The service wasn’t bad, but the cooking area was awful. I waited an hour just to get boiling water. The room was much too dusty, and all the beds smelled of sweat. The elevator smelled like pee, and the garage did too.

Breakfast was very good, and the rooms were clean. The staff are really nice too. I recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was okay, but the bathroom was smaller than small. They say there’s a restaurant, but there isn’t. There were four windows and only three curtains. If you can move on, choose somewhere else.
