Scandic Billingen

The breakfast was very good, with lots to choose from, and I liked the small gym and sauna. From the outside it looks great, but inside the rooms are tiny, old, and worn. There are also some visible extra installations in the corridors. It's far from perfect, though still the best of the nearby hotels.

The breakfast buffet had something for everyone, including people with food restrictions, and the encouraging notes placed around the hotel, even handwritten on the boiled eggs, made us feel warmly welcomed and cared for. The staff were polite, professional, and very helpful. My family loved the shuffleboard, too. It's a beautiful, cozy hotel close to everything in Skövde central. Fantastic stay. I highly recommend it and will absolutely come back.

The hotel was family friendly, with a small playroom where the kids could spend time. Our room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. It's in a very good spot, just a two-minute walk from the train and bus station. Absolutely recommend it. Also, joining as a member can get you a good discount.

The building seems old, with a few odd solutions, and the hotel feels a bit run down. I couldn't adjust the heating, and my room had no fridge. The bathroom looked old, and the sink drained poorly. Having to book a breakfast time felt strange. I couldn't get the time I wanted, but went anyway, and the room was almost empty.
