The corridors smelled, the shower was clogged, and there was no staff on site to help with basic things like fresh sheets. The appliances were dirty, some of them rusty, and under the bed was so filthy I can only hope there weren’t bedbugs. The place was so dirty and grimy it triggered my asthma, so I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean it myself. I was there for work with my team, and they all hated it too. Never coming back.

One of the worst places I’ve stayed, and I’ve stayed in plenty. The low price doesn’t make up for how badly customers are treated. The arrival and parking information was wrong, and parking was more expensive than expected. With luggage, we had to walk what felt like endless distances and stairs. There’s no reception, just online check-in and a passport ID process, which felt concerning for personal data. We had to clean the room afterward, even though the kitchen items were dirty. The shower was blocked, and standing water on the floor made the bathroom and toilet unusable. In the hot summer weather there was no air conditioning and no way to open a window, so sleeping was impossible. The online support page only gave useless general advice and a phone number. There was nobody to contact, no help, and everything felt anonymous. Next time I’d rather pay 10€ more for a decent, honest place.

The dishes were dirty when we arrived, and cooking in the room wasn’t possible because the stove didn’t work with the pan they provided. There was also a strong smell of alcohol and cigarette smoke in all the stairwells. One of the elevators was out of order. Unfortunately, the accommodation didn’t meet our expectations.

The location is handy, very close to the train station with supermarkets nearby, and the room’s small kitchen has the main utensils you’d need. But the Wi-Fi is really slow, and the hallways, elevators, and terrace are often dirty and smell bad. The room itself could’ve been cleaner too. I had several maintenance problems: the freezer didn’t work, and the shower was clogged when I arrived. Phone customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful, while email took a long time to get a response.
