At least there was a free workout area nearby for visitors, which was a nice touch. The room cards stopped working a full hour before checkout, though, leaving us stressed while we were still packing and worried about leaving things behind. Cleanliness could’ve been better: a trash bag sat in the hallway for three days, and we found ants in the room. The laundry room was disorganized, with bookings written on paper and no respect for the time slots. Every machine was occupied even when the schedule showed no bookings.

My girlfriend and I had a really comfortable room with dishes and everything we needed. Everyone was really nice to us, and the whole stay felt stress-free. A really nice hotel.

As someone who works as a hotel receptionist, I was shocked by how guests were treated and spoken to. The customer service was horrible. Our room hadn’t been cleaned properly and we found insects, which was disgusting and unhygienic. When we tried to raise the issues, the workers got annoyed and argued with us. Natia in particular had no manners or sense of customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My personal item went missing after housekeeping cleaned the room. I followed up several times and heard nothing for weeks. When a reply finally came, I was told it was my fault, without any proper investigation. The way they dealt with it felt highly unprofessional and showed little concern for guests. Personal belongings shouldn’t go missing during cleaning, and complaints like this should be taken seriously. I can’t recommend staying here.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. When we asked Natia about room cleaning, she said there was no daily room service and cleaning happened just once a week. She also said towels were only changed weekly and that we had to keep the garbage in the room for the whole week, since they wouldn’t take it out every day. Very bad service.
