The food was excellent, and they let us come in ten minutes before breakfast opened since everything was nearly ready. We’d stopped for an early breakfast on our way from Kapellskär to Oslo. The lake and surroundings looked lovely from what we saw. Highly recommended!

A calm place with a lovely historic setting and classic Swedish feel. Breakfast was good quality and homemade, and the service was world class. Check-in was super smooth, and the receptionist went above and beyond. Absolutely the best experience, highly recommend it to everyone!

We only came for breakfast, and the food was really nice with plenty of choice while still feeling well made. The painted Easter eggs were a lovely touch. It’s a fabulous old building in a nice location.

The summer setting is beautiful, with amazing surroundings, and it’s easy to park for free. The mansion has lots of cultural history, and it’s close to Täby Centrum and Upplands Väsby. Service was mostly great, apart from one waitress at dinner. The table had no water glasses, so I asked for one since we were drinking wine too. She seemed offended and was grumpy, but I did eventually get my glass. 🤣🤷🏼♀️ I appreciated the Rituals soap and hand lotion in the bathrooms, and the beds were pretty comfortable with several pillows, though both the rooms and beds are small. Breakfast was really good and high quality, lunch was pretty good, and afternoon fika was very good with lots of homemade cakes and cookies. Dinner was mediocre, though. We were served rooster, with very little meat, and it wasn’t tasty. It felt cheap and like a mistake. Drinks were very expensive too, about 150 sek for a glass of wine.
