The view and location are what you're paying for, because the room itself was well below what I expected. The furniture looked like it should have been replaced two years earlier, and there wasn't even a small wardrobe for hanging clothes. Paying this much and having to live out of my suitcase in such a mediocre room was the complete opposite of what I expected, and I'm not especially picky. I can wholeheartedly recommend spending your money on something better value.

The food was just okay, and nothing special. The fish soup was a little too salty for us. We expected a seafood restaurant with grilled or cooked fish and seafood, based on the great online reviews, but when we arrived around lunchtime, only a couple of dishes were being served. Most were sandwiches or salads, along with the fish soup.

For a night or two, this is a decent place to stay. The rooms are large and the view is great, with tasty food, though it's pricey. Wi-Fi is free and fast, and the coded door locks mean you don't need keys. On the downside, parking is outside the city and about a five-minute walk away, and it may feel unsafe. Breakfast is at another cafe, also five minutes away. Showers and bathrooms are shared, there are only a few TV channels, and the service is okay but nothing more.

The location is beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. The salmon with sesame and Pak Choi was outstanding, and the Riesling Wine paired perfectly with it. The kids loved the Köttbullar. Get there early, it's the best dinner in town.
