The ice scenery was incredibly beautiful, and the instructors were responsible and resourceful. We had wonderful days out there, and the whole trip ran smoothly and cleanly. The ecological concept was great, and the pictures were so striking they made a real movie in my mind. Hosts Elke and Ingo, along with Hokan, were incredibly friendly. The pick-up and drop-off service was perfect, and the atmosphere stayed pleasant throughout. Couldn't have been better. We'd love to come back. Greetings from Lake Constance, where unfortunately there's very little ice.

The breakfast was better than I expected from a B&B, and the service was very nice. There was only low voltage electricity, so they lent us an inverter. How anyone knows the electricity comes from windmills is a mystery to me.

I went on a moderately challenging ice hike in February, and was captivated as soon as I arrived. Ingo was a fantastic guide and host, with a wonderful manner, and the natural surroundings and simple feel of the place were lovely. The wooden rooms were quiet. I'm already looking forward to coming back. Five out of five, even if this review is a few months late.
