We had a great time here and a fantastic dinner too. A cosy, beautiful spot close to nature, with lovely surroundings.

This was our second visit, and we're already looking forward to returning. The breakfast was a real treat, and the food was excellent, made with local produce and paired with the best wines. A beautiful countryside hotel among the hills of Brösarp.

The staff gave excellent service, and my room for one or two people was comfortable and charming. Breakfast was lovely too. Dinner was a five-course meal, with a choice of entree and dessert, and they even adapted the menu to make meals mostly vegan. The food may be some of the best I've eaten here. Even something as simple as sherried onions was a knockout.

The hotel is romantic, with furniture and art on the walls that I loved, and a splendid garden. Staff were extremely nice, and the simple rooms still felt elegant. I also highly recommend the hike around the hotel, with its beautiful hills. We had the Dine & Stay package. Dinner is all about the pairing, and without the wine I don't think I'd have enjoyed it nearly as much. I'd recommend getting the wine pairing. The food and wine really bloom together, making it a spectacular experience. Fantastic work by the sommelier! Breakfast was lovely, with fresh produce, warm bread and heavenly cheesecake.
