I've stayed here twice in winter and found it good value then. In summer, I think it's overpriced. The beds are comfortable.

We didn't meet the manager in person, but he was nice and accommodating over the phone. The price was okay, and although the place felt a little abandoned, the inside was clean. The unsettling part was when an acquaintance of the manager showed up and behaved rudely, scaring us. He tried to collect money in a way that hadn't been agreed with the manager, then returned while we were eating and imposed himself on us to watch a football match on TV. It was disturbing. Maybe it was a one-off mistake, and I'd still recommend the place. I'm sure the manager won't let his bizarre friend try to run the business again.

We stayed one night in January 2025. The room was clean, though it didn't have much charm, and it was too cold for us. The thermostat was locked, so we couldn't turn up the heat. I was otherwise fairly satisfied, but next year I'll probably pick somewhere warmer 😀
