The room and bed were phenomenal, and our hostess was one of the warmest I’ve met in Sweden. This is an authentic, homely place with a genuinely welcoming host. Since it’s a fairly new B&B, I’m sure the owners can improve a few things over time. We knew in advance that the bathroom was a floor below our room, but at night getting to the toilet meant walking through cold, dim corridors. The bathroom also lacked basics like a hairdryer and toiletries, and there wasn’t much room for our things. With just one toilet and bathroom combined, I can imagine that being inconvenient when the place is full. Breakfast felt a bit limited, and the breakfast room was on the chilly side, though both seem easy enough to address.

We had a lovely room and a wonderful breakfast in this cozy old country house. The hosts were very kind, and arriving late at night was no problem at all.

I used to live in the area, and for anyone open-minded, I’d definitely recommend staying here. The setting is beautiful, the lodging feels authentic and tasteful, and the hosts are genuinely warm and thoughtful.

The owners greeted us so warmly, and breakfast was delicious and home-cooked. Our room had a cozy, rustic feel. We had a great stay and will definitely return!
