We had to leave early, so they packed breakfast for us. There’s free breakfast, afternoon coffee and dinner available. The rooms are simple but clean, with a cooker for making coffee or tea. The bathroom is small and dated, though clean. Very handy if you’re catching the ferry.

The hotel is close to the ferry terminal, yet the modern-style rooms were surprisingly quiet. The receptionists were helpful and friendly, and the filling, nutritious breakfast had everything we needed for a night in Trelleborg.

It’s easy to get around from here. The train station is on the same avenue, about a 10-minute walk, and downtown is around 8 minutes away, with shops and restaurants at the shopping centre. The port is just behind the hotel, and one of the ferry offices is inside. The staff were attentive and very nice. Our room was clean, cozy, well maintained and smelled fresh. It was simple but well equipped, with comfortable modern beds and pillows. The rooms are beautiful and quiet too. There isn’t much choice at dinner, but I’d still recommend the hotel for its excellent location.

The view was great and the hotel itself was beautiful, but our room felt old-fashioned and didn’t have enough sockets. At 200€ per room, it felt expensive and, in our experience, wasn’t worth the price.

A perfect stop between a train and ferry trip, with easy access to the station, ferry terminal and town centre. The rooms are basic but comfortable. We enjoyed the Fikka, dinner and breakfast, and there’s a good selection of drinks. Vegetarian choices are available, though vegan options are limited. The staff were very friendly.
