Breakfast was quite simple during my stay: bread, muesli, an egg and filter coffee, with no fresh juice, fruit or specialty coffee. I was there alone for one night while bikepacking toward Stockholm, and the room was roomy, though there weren’t many easy-to-reach sockets for charging. It had no air conditioning, and I couldn’t safely leave the window open to get air. The heating also didn’t work, so I couldn’t properly dry my sports clothes. In the bathroom, there was visible limescale, a damaged glass shower door and broken plastic parts. The condition of both the room and bathroom didn’t feel in line with the price.

A well-kept, seriously challenging course tucked into the forest, about 45 minutes south of Stockholm. Really nice.

The guest rooms were lovely, with a nice outlook over the golf course, and the conference room had plenty of space and what we needed for presentations. We held our sales conference here and thought it was great value. Meals and service were good too. The only issue was that the table water tasted a bit salty, but they fixed it right away when we mentioned it. We had a good stay and will definitely return.

There’s a big trail around the golf course and through the nearby woods, so it’s a lovely spot for a walk, jog or bike ride. You might even see deer grazing. The rooms felt cozy and just right, and the hospitality was genuinely good. The golf course view is a treat, and the restaurant was pretty good, though the menu is very limited. Lovely people and a lovely place. I enjoyed my stay.

The cottages are simple but have plenty of space, and the location is remote enough that you need a car. Breakfast and the restaurant are in the clubhouse. If you can get a decent room price, it’s an okay place to stay.
