The building is modern, the facilities are good, the rooms are a good size, and cleaning was fine. The location is very convenient. Still, the place felt short on charm and atmosphere, and the service let it down. At breakfast the waiters were unpleasant, tables weren't cleared automatically, and the breakfast bar wasn't reliably cleaned or refilled. That service level doesn't match such an elegant restaurant or the value. It was also hard to get simple answers from reception. Repairs at the pool bar were noisy and happening while the pool was open and being used. That work could perhaps have been scheduled earlier, before the pool opened or got busy. If service improves, this could be the best hotel around Visby.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and made an early 6 AM checkout easy by packing our breakfast the night before and leaving it in our room fridge. We rented cycles right at reception, too. Our Studio Bungalow was just right for our 3-day stay, with a spacious balcony looking out over the sea. Really good service.

A lovely choice for a summer family holiday in Sweden, with Gotland venues to enjoy.

Emy really made our stay special. She served breakfast and took care of requests like a heater for the room and extra blankets. She's one of the highlights of our time at Novi resort. Breakfast itself was filling and delicious, and the Deluxe room was well worth it for the view. The Superior rooms are quite spacious as well. Self check-in also made things easier. The reception shuts at 4pm, and having one staff member available later would help if something unexpected came up. Our room had a heating problem, so it would be good if issues like that were monitored.
