Palm Court

Daily breakfast was one of the best parts of our whole trip to St Martin. It was so convenient to have the continental buffet included, with fresh fruit, pastries, and a great cappuccino machine. But JULINE is what made the stay so memorable. She was kind, sweet, and professional, and really felt like the heartbeat of the hotel. She made us feel at home even 1700 miles away. Hotel management, you’ve got a jewel there. Palm Court was a perfect getaway, with beautiful grounds, a great pool area, and a fantastic restaurant on site.

Juliette was lovely to chat with every day, and Anne, the director, was so warm and welcoming. We felt comfortable and welcome throughout our fantastic 9 night stay, and we’ll definitely return. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh fruit, ham, cheese, pastries, juices, and more in a pretty garden setting by the pool. The hotel is in a safe, gated, convenient spot, about 3 minutes from the beach and lots of great restaurants. Ti Palm, the on-site restaurant, was wonderful too.

What stood out most was how caring and involved the staff were. They didn’t just make sure my requests were met, they went out of their way to help me sort out a car rental issue. That saved me a lot of stress and a decent amount of money, and someone else might have just shrugged it off. The hotel is lovely and well located, with amazing, helpful staff, nice breakfasts, and a good restaurant on site. There are plenty more places to eat within walking distance. The clean, cozy pool wasn’t crowded and was great for a swim at any time of day, if you weren’t at marvelous Orient Beach, just 2-3 minutes away.

Anne and her team were wonderful, friendly, and kind. Anne also gave me lots of restaurant tips. The breakfast was always fresh, the coffee and croissants were amazing, and the women running breakfast were so friendly. For my birthday, they left an unexpected little gift in my room. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I’ll definitely return soon and would recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed for my birthday week, and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel and rooms were amazing, breakfast was great, and the beach was just a few steps away.
