The staff were friendly and polite, and tried to address our concerns, but the building feels old and poorly maintained. For a premium serviced apartment in the heart of Orchard at these prices, I expected much more comfort and upkeep. The location is great, but everything else left us disappointed, and I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere until management seriously renovates the units. Ants turned up in several parts of the apartment, and the bedroom AC never worked properly, leaving it stuffy and humid despite repeated attempts to fix it. The furniture and fixtures were old, stained and frankly disgusting, nothing like the photos online. Hot water was inconsistent and sometimes stopped completely, making showers unpleasant. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing. Recent reviews that are clearly AI generated paint an incorrect picture of the property.

The kitchen made our stay so much easier. The microwave, toaster, kettle and refrigerator were clean and simple to use for breakfast and light meals. Having laundry available meant I could wash clothes whenever needed, and although I didn’t use the gym, it looked very well maintained. The facilities were excellent overall. My children loved the pool and made little friends there; they still miss those moments. Room service was quick and caring, and the cleaning staff kept everything spotless. Ms. Iffah at reception welcomed us warmly from the start. She was kind, patient and always smiling, which made the visit feel special for me and my family. Our 10-12 days at Orchard Parksuites were full of comfort, joy and heartfelt memories. I truly miss it, and would stay again if I get the chance to visit Singapore. Highly recommended for warmth, convenience and genuine hospitality. 💖💖💖

The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from Orchard MRT, ION, Wisma Atria and public transport. Cleaning every other day was thorough, and having the 24-hour gym, pool and lobby laundromat was convenient. I stayed at Orchard Parksuites for about three and a half months on a work assignment in Singapore, after Mr. Shao Han recommended the Far East property for its reputation and convenience. It exceeded my expectations. We got a warm welcome, including a thoughtful food hamper, and the staff stayed friendly and attentive throughout. Front desk and housekeeping were cheerful and helped with luggage, groceries and setting up the kitchen. Special thanks to Rehman, Iffah and Nicole for their outstanding service. Jivitha did remarkable housekeeping work and is a genuine hard worker. Iffah at reception is one of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve met in this business. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for long stays. 😊

They even brought a birthday cake, thank you! The room was spacious, staff were responsive, and the location was perfect. A perfect stay.

The rooms are a bit dated, but most seem to have been renovated and are brilliantly maintained. We got an excellent welcome basket, and the concierge were welcoming. The cleaning staff were amazing and respectful too. The location is the best part, right in the heart of orchard park with lots of shopping and food options. The pool was really big, with towels available.
