The hotel refused to help coordinate anything, and wouldn't cancel the booking, refund me, or offer compensation. I was left covering the full 1200 SGG for four nights, even though I couldn't stay there. I had to find another hotel and pay extra. I've never been more disappointed. I understand that quality problems can happen, but what I found at the Noble Hotel was hard to believe. There was a strange smell from the lift all the way along the hallway to the room, bugs and flies on the ceiling and curtains, and I couldn't feel comfortable using the bed or linen. The AC didn't work, and I couldn't stay in the room for more than a second. Honestly, the Noble Hotel in Singapore is the worst hotel I've ever set foot in. DO NOT BOOK THE NOBLE HOTEL IN SINGAPORE.

The bed was comfortable, but the room looked old and dirty. The TV was the worst part. No Netflix or YouTube, and I couldn't even connect my phone.

The staff were really polite, and it was a peaceful place. There are two bus stops right in front, which makes it easy to get to universal studio, marina bay sand garden by bay merlion park, and new town plaza. Little India is very close too. I'd recommend the noble hotel.

The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with most things broken. It was a really disappointing stay, not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it.

You feel at home at Tha Noble Hotel. The staff are so nice and try to meet your needs whenever you ask. I can't say enough about their manner or the service they gave me. Thanks so much to the management for such kind service. Anyone coming to Singapore should make sure to visit Tha Noble Hotel. It's the best hotel I've ever seen, and however much I praise them still feels like too little.
