There’s a Mercator store right across from the accommodation. The mountain view is beautiful, and Francka welcomed us warmly with homemade dessert and wine.

Apartments Gregorc felt homely, and Francka was a wonderful host with plenty of local advice. She gave us tips on finding good parking in Bled, sightseeing nearby and across the wider region, and walking routes. The place was exactly as published, and its location worked well for us: close to Bled but away from the busy middle. A forest path leads to the best lake shores by the campsite in about a 45-minute walk. There’s also a supermarket, pub, and cafe just steps from the house.
