The setting is what makes this place special: a lovely garden with a pool, barbecue area, and lots of fruit trees, all beneath a majestic rock wall. The apartments feel more like little houses, with a homely interior. It's a relaxed, pleasant place, and the owners are friendly and helpful. We can really recommend both the accommodation and its location.

The building's exposed all wood joinery really appealed to me as an architect, since it keeps its historic character. We were three and had plenty of room. The view is stunning, and there's a pleasant outdoor space with a pool below the cliff. Getting our medium sized rental SUV up to the parking area was tricky, as an American used to much wider streets. The stairs were a squeeze with large luggage too.

The pool, barbecue area, and pleasant garden were all nice. There are three apartments in total, which suit families or friends. The owner was very friendly, the views impressive, and the climbing crag is just a five minute walk away. Bled isn't far either.
