We had dinner downstairs one evening, and the food was amazing in a really cozy restaurant. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and cozy too, with a rustic feel that suited the lovely landscape. When we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and helped us with ideas for things to do nearby. We stayed two nights in February and would gladly come back. Highly recommend.

We felt right at home in our cozy room, and both slept really well on each of our two nights. After traveling from Verona and Venice in Italy through Slovenia and on to Austria, Old Bled House ended up being our favorite of the five places we stayed on our Europe trip. At check-in, the staff member was so polite and helpful. She explained everything, asked if we had questions, and showed us to our room. It was spotless and welcoming. We didn't eat at the restaurant, though it smelled delicious whenever we went in. We loved our two-night stay and would absolutely book here again if we return to Lake Bled. I'd honestly recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a great stay! ❤️

I could easily walk to the nearby attractions from Old Bled House, and the friendly staff made the stay delightful. The amenities covered what I needed, and my room was clean and cozy, with a real home away from home feel. The room was incredibly cozy, and the service was lovely during our winter stay. My fiance and I were grateful we could leave our luggage for a while after checkout so we could hike at the lake. The couples deal they offered in winter was great value, and Bled itself is beautiful. I wish we'd tried the restaurant, it smelled good! We did struggle with the air con/heater, though. We couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature and ended up baking, even though we're used to a cold climate. The weather was gorgeous while we were there.

Being right in the heart of Bled made it easy to walk everywhere, which really added to my stay. The staff were friendly and attentive to details. My room was cozy, spotless, and well equipped, and exceeded my expectations. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Old Bled House for a perfect retreat. #superb
