The windows in the bedroom do a great job blocking sound. I couldn't hear the nearby motorway at all. The welcome was less pleasant, though. The owner said he had to be careful about dog hair because of customer complaints, which put me off a bit. The room wasn't very clean either: a visible layer of dust on the bed, and black dust coming down from the bathroom ventilation. They charge 10 euros for a pet.

The balconies face the Sava river, and the beds are comfortable. The room was cosy and very clean, a great spot for a short stay. It doesn't have air conditioning, a fridge or a hair dryer, though. I'd definitely recommend it for a brief visit.

The menu has a great range of dishes, the food is really good, and it's not expensive. The owner is Dutch. The waitresses and waiters are friendly, though service can take a while when it's busy. A very good place to eat.

I've only stopped in for a beer or two, but the guy who runs the place was incredibly helpful and friendly. I may update this review soon after trying the food.
